Full payment is required at the time of registering.

Each course has its own requirements such as participant eligibility, minimum age, and possible pre-requisites etc. It is up to the participant to make sure that they have read and understood each individual course requirements as stated on our website prior to registering. If a participant is unable to attend a course, they must give Instinct at least 15 business days notice in writing via email to and will be issued a refund less a $20 administration fee. Participants who do not provide such notice are not eligible for a refund, but we will do our best to transfer the participant to an alternative course. Although every reasonable attempt will be made to accommodate transfers, Instinct reserves the right to deny a transfer. All transfers will incur a $20 administration fee.

In the unlikely event that Instinct cancels a course, participants will be issued a full refund. Instinct is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the participant as a result of the course cancellation.

Instinct reserves the right to deny training to individuals who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who act in an inappropriate manner.

All participants must bring a form of government issued photo I.D. to each course (e.g. Driver’s Licence, Passport etc.) – please contact us at if you cannot meet this requirement.

Please do not bring any firearms or ammunition to the course (unless specified for live-fire courses).

Recording devices, such as cameras and/or microphones, are not permitted on the course.
